Understanding Our Policies
We want to ensure you have the best possible experience at Golden Nail Lounge Bakersfield. Please review our policies below to help us serve you better.
Booking Policy
Appointments can be made online or by phone. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time
- Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service
- We reserve the right to refuse service after repeated no-shows
Refund Policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon.
- Refunds are not available for completed services
- We offer free touch-ups within 3 days of your appointment if necessary
Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for all tools and workstations.
- Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions
- We may refuse service if a client presents with contagious conditions
Payment Policy
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service completion.
- We accept all major credit cards
- Cash payments receive a 2% discount
- Gratuity is not included in service prices
Age Policy
We welcome clients of all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Children under 12 require parental supervision
- Teen services available with parental consent
- Senior citizen discounts available
